The first thing I liked about this place was the warm welcome we received from the lady who runs the place. She made us feel like special guests and even greeted us with a glass of local wine. It was a really nice touch and set the tone for our stay. the beautiful terrace where we had our evening picnic was just lovely. It had a great view and was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal and relax after a long journey. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a charming atmosphere. It really felt like a home away from home.
Honestly, there was not much to dislike about our stay at this place. However, one small thing was that the location was a bit out of the way.

The building is beautiful and the location is great
Would have liked breakfast offered earlier in the morning (before 9am) though recognise that it was out of season.

Located in a lovely area, this charming chateau offers spacious rooms with high ceilings and a beautiful garden. The receptionist is incredibly kind and makes you feel right at home. The breakfasts are delicious, with freshly made French toast that is simply heavenly. The house itself is old, quiet, and exudes a certain charm that adds to the overall experience.
Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit of updating.

Beautiful house and amazing host
The house was absolutely stunning with spacious rooms, a high ceiling, and a picturesque garden which we adored. Our host was incredibly sweet and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were exceptional, especially the freshly made French toast which we loved. we were greeted with a glass of local wine upon arrival which was a lovely touch.
We did not have any negative experiences during our stay, and it was a perfect end to our holiday. We would highly recommend this special stop-off to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing stay.
